I have used this app 7 times now over the last week and a half! The workout gets harder and more challenging each time. For all of you who love to track miles/pace, etc, you will need to wear your Garmin because this app does not do that! What it does do, is provide cool music that keeps/changes with your pace and it has "Brittany" who talks to you the whole time you are working out. You get to set the levels, choose walk only, walk/jog, or all run and the amount of time that you want to exercise.
If you use it on a treadmill, Brittany will tell you at what speed and incline to work. She also motivates you, reminds you to breathe, and encourages you to keep going and reach your goal!! She is awesome. If you can't afford a personal trainer, which I can't, and you want to mix up your workouts a bit, this is the answer!! The concept is to burn a certain number of calories and therefore lose weight, but I just love the extra push that comes with setting a goal and having someone hold you to it, without needing to find a real life running buddy!! Let's face it, our schedules don't always synch up with our running buddies, and sometimes we want to run alone but need the extra motivation!!
